My Priorities Are
The Economy
Facing increased budget deficits and a growing unfunded pension liability; be an advocate for sustainable spending, transparent budgeting, and tax reduction.
Agriculture
The backbone of the economy in District 90; work to ensure regulations are reasonable and predictable; focus on farmland preservation and owner’s rights.
Veterans Affairs
Our veterans are plagued with isolation, mental health issues, and suicide; increase support and awareness of programs to honor those who have sacrificed for us.
Education
Our education system is facing teacher shortages, especially in the areas of Learning Support, Sciences, and ESL; make our tax dollars work to close the gaps in staffing to ensure students are proficient and prepared to face challenges after graduation.
Youth Services
The foster and adoption systems are broken; lead the charge to automate and create efficiencies in the application and investigative process and to move children out of the system into loving homes.

ABOUt
Janon “Jay” Gray
I graduated from the University of Mary Washington with degrees in Economics and Business Administration. For over 26 years, I have filled various roles in the fields of accounting and consulting. I currently serve as VP on the Greencastle-Antrim School Board and the Treasurer on the Franklin County Republican Committee.
I am a Republican and believe in upholding traditional conservative values. I am an Eagle Scout with Troop 304.
I live in Greencastle with my fiancée, Teri. We attend Otterbein Church in Waynesboro, PA. We have 3 dogs, Nicholas, Marty and Bruiser.
